Diane is the talking pet hen of Aunt Lydia and her sidekick as well.

Diane enjoys painting, putting on puppet shows for Lydia and secretly enjoys going to the Human house across the hotel to spend time with the human family.
Because Diane was a human it’s kind of a long story. Diane wasn't seen for the rest of the Hotel Transylvania TV series after Casket if You Can, when she had caught an illness and all the items that she had came in contact with were thrown out; Lydia felt that Diane was "taking a break from her" when she needed her to watch over her casket while she was rejuvenating in it. Until she reappeared in Stop or my Mummy will Shout. In an episode, it's revealed that Diane used to be human (until Lydia turned her into a chicken).
